Due to the chance for freezing weather, the Boys 6-9 Grade tryouts are canceled for tonight.  We will re-schedule and post the date/times.

Due to the most recent weather forecast – the Y is closing early and tonight’s 6-9 grade Club Team tryouts are being postponed.  We have re-scheduled them for Wednesday, 2/18:

7:15p – 6-7 graders

8:15p – 8-9 graders

2nd tryout opportunity.  You are only required to make 1 session to be considered for a team.  But you can come to both if you want another opportunity or are just looking to get a workout.

Cost – $20 1st tryout, $10 2nd tryout – for a new player to ABA.

5:30-6:45p – 3rd-5th graders

6:45-8:00p – GIRLS – 6th-8th graders

We will have the first of 3 tryout sessions for 6-9 grade players Monday, 2/9/15 at the SE YMCA – back gym – 1000 Weatherly Rd – HSV 35802.  Each player must bring or fill out an (attached) information sheet prior to participating.  Cost is $20 for players who were not with ABA last spring, $10 for ABA players.

Times –

6:15p – current 6th and 7th graders

7:30p – current 8th and 9th graders

**OTHER AGE GROUPS WILL HAVE TRYOUTS coming soon as gym space opens and seasons end for (2-5 graders) and (10-11 graders).

Due to a conflict this Saturday at Holy Spirit, we are moving all Saturday training sessions to the SE YMCA – back gym.  This change is for 2/7/15 only.  We will move back to Holy Spirit on 2/14/15.

3:00 – Shooting session

4:00 – Middle School small group training.

Our new training schedule is now posted online at the link below. For the next 5 weeks we will focus on 1 on 1 training, small group training, and VertiMax training. Our shooting session has moved from Sunday at 3:00p to Saturday at 3:00p and is now at Holy Spirit School. Contact us to set up training for the remaining weeks of basketball and to prepare for AAU in the spring.
